When you browse
The site presents static institutional information. Its page code stores only your light or dark theme choice in this browser’s local storage. The preference is not sent by the page code. The site has no registration, uploads, payments, contact-form backend, optional analytics SDK or marketing trackers. Language links open separate pages. The website is hosted with ChatGPT Sites and is available to visitors without signing in.
Hosting and platform measurement
ChatGPT Sites is an OpenAI service. The installed Sites hosting documentation identifies Cloudflare as the runtime infrastructure. OpenAI’s Sites documentation states that the platform records traffic automatically, including unique-visitor and page-view counts. This platform measurement is separate from the website’s own code. Technical page requests involve information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and time of access. The precise records, retention periods and customer-specific service arrangements have not yet been established for this release.
When you email
The visible institutional address is contact@tfholding.md. The email action opens your mail client and does not send or confirm delivery. If you send a message, its contents and email metadata are handled by your mail provider and the recipient mailbox. The recipient mailbox uses Google mail infrastructure.
